Appeals & complaints

If authors have an issue with the review process, then the first person to approach and address the issue is the editor. If this editor cannot address the issue, or if the issue relates to the editor, then the author can approach one of the managing editors. In the exceptional case that an issue cannot be solved by the managing editor, the author can contact the editorial support staff of Copernicus Publications.
